These plans are sold in one-hour, two-hour, and unlimited time segments. All Support Plans are good for an entire year or for the time limit (whichever comes first) and include the following benefits:

  • Toll-Free
    As a ClientCare member, you'll have toll-free priority access to DacEasy technicians. Toll-free access means that you don't pay the phone charges; you only pay for the support you use. You also get extended hours, so you can talk to a technician when it's convenient for you.
  • Online, Any Time
    Members of ClientCare have access to the DacEasy Knowledgebase, an online knowledgebase that offers the capability of searching for the answers you need 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, you may choose to send us an e-mail. Your question will be answered within one business day.
  • Additional Benefits

    • Extended hours—With your membership, you have longer hours of service to call and get your questions answered. For ClientCare members, the phones are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (all hours are Eastern Time).
